St Thomas School and Preschool offers Digital and Design Technologies as a Specialist Program, where students dive weekly into an innovative curriculum aligned with the Australian standards. Our program is designed to equip students with essential digital literacy and computational thinking skills through hands-on exploration of cutting-edge technologies.

In Technologies, students engage in exciting activities such as coding, where they learn to create and problem-solve using various programming languages. We use Makers Empire where the students learn how to design and produce 3D printing. Additionally, students delve into the world of drones, gaining practical experience in flight control and applications.

Furthermore, our program incorporates Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, allowing students to create and immerse themselves in simulated environments that enhance their learning in diverse subjects. By integrating these technologies into our curriculum, we prepare students to thrive in a digital world, fostering creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
